Non-Monogamy Peer Support
Whether you are looking for advice, resource recommendations, emotional support, a fresh perspective, or a listening ear from someone who 'gets it', book an online, 100% confidential session with me for guidance on your non-monogamous journey.
I am a certified sex and relationships educator, and a trainee psychosexual and relationship therapist. I have been actively non-monogamous since 2016, and my insights are informed by my lived experience as a polyamorous, bisexual, autistic, ADHD, and Chinese agender femme.
My sessions are a space for you to process your feelings in a safe, non-judgmental space. After the session, you will also receive a follow-up email containing a curated list of resources, specifically customised to your needs. To date, I have worked with 1000+ clients from 40+ countries - wherever you are in the world, I’m here for you.
-
My sessions are client-led, meaning you decide what you want to get out of our work together. Some clients wish for me to hold space and offer support for their difficult emotions and discuss past experiences to inform their current challenges, while others desire a more practical, present-focused, and advice-based approach. I will collaborate with you to tailor the session to your needs, and your autonomy is my priority - while I may have knowledge and training, you are the ultimate expert on your own life and how you want to live it.
I am currently in therapy training (see below for my qualifications), but I will not do anything beyond what I am qualified to do e.g. issue formal diagnoses, create treatment strategies, or help during a mental health crisis. Please remember that peer support is not a replacement for therapeutic counselling.

I work with clients worldwide, but am based in the United Kingdom and generally see clients between the hours of noon-7pm UK time (with occasional exceptions). I work 7 days a week, but limit myself to seeing 2-3 clients per day to keep things sustainable for both my emotional energy and my other scheduled commitments.
Please book a session and let me know your hours, and I will do my best to work around your schedule.
